Bottom-mount refrigerator
Know more about bottom-mount refrigerators than what is discussed here? Share with the rest of us by using the EasyEdit button.
A bottom-mount refrigerator has the freezer on the bottom and the refrigerator on the top. It is typically a little more expensive than other refrigerator types, but it provides benefits such as putting the more frequently accessed fresh foods section at your eye level within easy reach. Its pullout freezer is convenient, as well, although on some models, you may have to bend to reach items in the back of the drawer. The wide door swing can be a problem, although new French door models overcome this problem, but the pullout drawer when it is open can impede traffic aisles.
Tell us about your bottom-mount refrigerator! Was it worth the extra money? French doors or pullout drawer? Use EasyEdit and tell us more.
